Head Coach (Store Manager) – The Head Coach is the face of Hibbett Sports and portrays this by the appearance and professionalism in the store and in the community.  The Head Coach oversees the sales and operations in all departments, ensuring that the sales team follows the policies and procedures set forth.  The responsibilities of the Head Coach include keeping the communication line open between the sales team, the management team and Corporate Headquarters; as well as hiring, coaching, and counseling the employees of the store.

Coach in Training (Manager in Training) – A Coach in Training assists the Head Coach in the overall store operations, including those responsibilities to meet the store’s goals.  A Coach in Training is learning from the Head Coach in hopes of managing a Hibbett Sports store on his or her own.  The Coach in Training takes a supervisory role when the Head Coach is absent.

Assistant Coach (Assistant Manager) – This position assists the Head Coach and Coach in Training in the overall store operations and administrative duties.  The Assistant Coach takes on a supervisory role when both the Head Coach and Coach in Training are absent.
