Name one of your greatest accomplishments? This question is not as easy to answer as it sounds. Think about why it is your greatest accomplishment whether that was due to the odds being against you, or you had to overcome something to accomplish it.
Why should Papa John’s hire you? The interviewer wants to know what makes you special compared to the other applicants. Some examples would include an outgoing and energetic personality or having great attention to details, etc.
What kind of questions do you have? This is a good time to ask more about the business itself. Do not mention wage or benefits. Instead ask about what the interview thinks is the greatest strength and weakness of the business, as well as what kind of advancement opportunities are available.
What is your greatest weakness? This is always a difficult question because you may be afraid of saying something that will ruin your chance at landing this job. This question is asked so that way the interviewer knows what areas that can be improved upon.
What kind of wage are you looking for? As much as you might have a set wage in mind, it’s always better to let the interviewer tell you what wage they are offering. So, instead of answering with a hard number, tell him or her that the wage is negotiable and follow up with a question about what wage they hand in mind.

Let the person you speak with know that you are following up on an application that you submitted and give them the date that the application was completed. Do not call them more than once in a five day period. This allows them time to consider your application and also lets them know that you are serious but not desperate.
On the day of the interview, make sure that your appearance is neat and clean. You should be dressed casually in either black or tan slacks, a polo or button up shirt with sensible shoes. Ladies should wear minimal makeup, no dangling earrings and no nail polish. Men should be clean shaven and if the hair is shoulder length or longer, put into a low ponytail.
