Bagger – This role’s responsibilities include following correct bagging procedures, loading the bags onto the cart and transferring the bags from the cart to the customer’s car.  Baggers also help to retrieve shopping carts from the parking area.

Customer Service Clerk – The Customer Service Clerk is responsible for assisting customers at the customer service counter and monitoring the counter, front-end area, and parking lot to provide exceptional customer service while assisting other associates.

How do you handle customer complaints?  When answering this question, use a specific example that describes what the complaint was, what your reaction was, and how you resolved the issue.

Why are you leaving your current employer?  You should use caution when answering this question.  Never say anything negative about your previous or current employer.  Some examples of things to say to this question would be that you want to change careers, the company has a much larger opportunity for growth, or you can describe what your goals are within the company.

Can you give an example of how you deal with changes and what difficulties you face?  As companies improve or laws change, so does the policies and procedures of the company that you work for.  Sometimes those changes can be difficult to handle and the hiring manager want to know what steps you take to handle those difficulties.
