Customer Service Representative – The key responsibilities of this role are to ensure exceptional customer service through sales, direct marketing, and new customer growth. Additional duties include providing a friendly environment, maintaining and cleaning the sales floor and performing administrative duties by maintaining customer files.
Product Technician – The Production Technician is responsible for loading, delivering, securing, installing, and demonstrating merchandise to the customer. Other duties include providing outstanding customer service by reviewing the lease agreements with the customer if necessary and answering any customer questions.
Customer Account Manager – The duties of the Customer Account Manager include providing individualized attention to managing the renewal payment process and achieving company goals on closing percentages.
