Customer Service Representative – The key responsibilities of this role are to ensure exceptional customer service through sales, direct marketing, and new customer growth. Additional duties include providing a friendly environment, maintaining and cleaning the sales floor and performing administrative duties by maintaining customer files.
Product Technician – The Production Technician is responsible for loading, delivering, securing, installing, and demonstrating merchandise to the customer. Customer Account Manager – The duties of the Customer Account Manager include providing individualized attention to managing the renewal payment process and achieving company goals on closing percentages.
