Club Support Staff – The Club Support Staff is responsible for the general maintenance and supervision of the facilities ensuring that facility members provide a safe environment for users and protecting the gym from property damage.  Other duties include ensuring the equipment is returned to its rightful place and safeguarding the equipment from leaving the facility.

Personal Trainer – The primary role of this position focuses primarily on helping all members get to a healthier place by possessing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercise for a wide variety of participants.  Additional duties include providing fitness consultations, traditional training, small group training, virtual training and additional programming opportunities as deemed appropriate by the individual club.

Fitness Coach Manager – The Personal Training Manager must work closely with the Club Manager/Membership director and will be responsible for all new client sales, existing client retention, and will assist the club manager in preventing member cancellations due to inactivity or lack of results. Other responsibilities include working closely with the Club Manager/Membership Director to schedule and render fitness consultations to all new members, attend all sales training workshops, set monthly trainer goals, and recruiting and hiring of personal trainers.
