Clinical Administrative Assistants: This is a fulltime position. Duties include updating patient records, providing information on treatment logs and preparing invoices. This position does not require clinical certification, but knowledge in clinical care is an advantage.
Inventory Technicians: They handle and dispatch supplies and medicines. They ensure that the meds are stored in sealed and in rooms with the right temperature and humidity. This position requires a certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Patient Care Technicians: They keep the patient’s room clean. They take care of the basic needs of patients. PCTs monitor vital signs and alert the physicians when something goes wrong.
Patient Relations Liaisons: The minimum education requirement is high school certification. However, the company prefers applicants with higher education. They communicate with hospitals, clinics, physicians and insurance providers.
