Cashier – The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers entering the store, answer customers’ questions, issue receipts, refunds, and credits that are due to the customer, and resolve customer complaints. Other duties include verifying register cash at the beginning and end of shift, process merchandize returns and exchanges and maintain reports and records.
Stock Associate – This role is responsible for assisting with the unloading, handling and moving of freight as needed as well as to prepare and deliver processed merchandize to the sales floor.
